The patriarch and leader of the Sargen line of vampires. He ruled for over four hundred years with an iron fang ever since he moved from the Old World to the New.

He made great use of the old world treasures he brought over founding several successful business ventures as the country grew. After WWII he acquired a massive network of blood banks  enabling him to travel within the country wherever he wished with fresh blood always on tap.

Unfortunately ennui sunk in and the once great count took his own unlife.
